Clothing for full figure women

I was asked the other day where a full figure woman can go shopping for jeans. I emailed the woman back and asked what she considered full figure. I am not going to disclose what someone considers a full figure. This is highly sensitive.
A lot of stores who show up in the full figure search online are stores who sell sizes from 14 and up. I recommended Lands End and Target. But there are a lot of options for full figure women. It really depends on what you are looking for. I recommended Lands’ End because she is a conservative mom. If you are a full figure woman and want a trendy look check out Express, NY and Company and Macy’s.

I am so ready to sport a more up to date look but fit into your full figure category. With the shops you have mentioned in mind, what pieces should I get first to start building my new look? At my size the newest trends are a little harder to pull off.. like skinny jean?… RIGHT! PLEASE HELP!

Hi Hanna, it took me two years to find my skinny jeans. With my athletic build my thighs and calves made it tougher. So I found a pair that were comfortable in the thighs and had the waist taken in. When it comes to full figure skinny jeans, check out Ashley Stewart and Express. Express is pretty good overall for trends and has sizes for full figure. Target is a great place for trends. They’ve added McQ as of this year. Which is a line by Alexander McQueen. Vera Wang is at Kohls. So some great designers at affordable prices! Hope that helps…
